Accommodation rates are quoted on a per room per night basis and are inclusive of WiFi. The rates offered are inclusive of 10% GST.

Rates $414 per night are inclusive of breakfast for one (1) person and served in Lollo as outlined in the accommodation details above. $453 per night are inclusive of breakfast for two (2) persons.

Maximum capacity in room: 3 guests. Rates are quoted for up to 2 guest occupancy per room.

For any additional guests, a $90 per guest / night fee will be added to the room rate.

Rates are not inclusive of valet parking. Additional charges will apply.

Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Should any guest require guaranteed access to guest rooms earlier, the rooms will be required to be booked the night prior (pre-registered) at the contracted rate. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Run of House Rooms refer to the guest receiving either a Fabulous Double, Cozy King or Wonderful King Room. Room allocation is at the discretion of the Hotel on arrival. Should specific room categories and room configurations be required for each guest, we recommend this be specified at the time of booking which will be charged at the applicable rate.

Any accommodation extension/increase of the original room block is subject to the hotel’s availability and may incur additional charges. Any extension/increase of the block is subject to the terms and conditions as the rooms outlined in the above contracted rates.

The accommodation master will be sent to the hotel, and confirmation will be forward to you including payment terms for the accommodation reserved. A credit card must be supplied as guarantee for your booking.

Accommodation cancellation is accepted in writing up until the 6th October 2026. After this date a cancellation fee will apply, this is equivalent to 100% of the total accommodation held. This will be charged to the credit card used as a guarantee at the time of booking.

Your accommodation will be charged in full by the hotel 30 days prior to your stay.

Car parking is available for your convienience at the hotel, which is valet parking service for all guest at $80 per car per day. Valet is subject to hotel availability. Event and meeting guest can self park in several public car parks surrounding the hotel, the closest being Secure Parking 150m from the hotel. Please note public rates apply.
