Beyond this date the hotel cannot guarantee rooms will be available.
You have two options when booking your accommodation for this event:
OPTION 1
Book on phone/email at Special Rates
(Subject to Special Booking Terms)
Secure the Lifestyle Tradie negotiated rates listed below by quoting your Lifestyle Tradie membership when booking over phone/email.
With this option, you get cheaper rates, but no cancellations after 24th May.
OPTION 2
Book Online Yourself at Regular Rates
(Standard Booking Terms Apply)
Book online with the hotel and secure the rates available at your selected date and time. These bookings will be subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions.
With this option, you get regular rates, but more flexible cancellation options.
Guests will be enjoying breakfast at The Bistro Manly, which is conveniently located on Ground Floor of the hotel. Please note that the Room & Breakfast Rate includes a 1x buffet breakfast from Bistro Manly only.

All bookings using the option 1 method will be paid in full on Monday, 22nd of June 2026, being 30 days prior to the commencement of the event. MANLY PACIFIC HOTEL SPECIAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
(OPTION 1)
Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation has been guaranteed by credit card.
Bookings can be cancelled or modified 60 days out at no cost.
Beyond this date, all members bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable even if the booking is modified or cancelled.
In the event a member elects to cancel, the full accommodation charges will remain payable in full and this will be charged to the nominated credit card.
Non-arrival Reservation Policy:
In the event you fail to arrive for your booking or you do not utilise any remaining nights, the entire accommodation amount will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
Pre-payments:
The total accommodation amount is due and payable in full on Monday, 22nd of June 2026, being 30 days prior to the commencement of the event.
Arrival information:
Check in time will be at 2pm onwards, Early check in will be subject to availability and may incur an additional cost. Please discuss your requirements if your need a variation directly with the hotel.
Check out time is at 11 am, Late check out will be subject to availability and may incur an additional cost. Please discuss your requirements if you need a variation directly with the hotel.
Parking will be at an additional cost of $45.00 per vehicle per night self parking, $85 per vehicle per night Valet parking.

Unfortunately, no refunds are available for our Friday night dinner
after payment is made on 25th June 2026.

You can make changes to your accommodation booking up to 22nd June.
After that full payment will be required and only name changes can be made.
This is the members responsibility as it is booked directly with the Manly Pacific Hotel.
We have negotiated the discounted rates for members only.
